Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

• You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeline

• Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days for major cities.

• Remote areas may take 5–7 business days.

• During peak seasons (Eid, sales, or holidays), delivery times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above PKR 3,000.

• A flat fee of PKR 250 applies to orders below PKR 3,000.

• Any promotional offers regarding shipping will be mentioned at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

• You can use this number to monitor your shipment through our courier partner’s website.

International Shipping

• Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan.

• International shipping options will be announced in the future.

Delays & Exceptions

• Unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays may affect delivery times.

• We will notify you promptly if your order is expected to be delayed.
